Raphalalani's agricultural odyssey began in 2016 when she embarked on her career as a Farm Advisor at Chembry Farming and Skills Development. In this role, she played a pivotal part in providing invaluable guidance and support to optimize farm operations. Her commitment to sustainable agricultural practices was evident from the outset, setting the stage for her promising career.

In 2020, Raphalalani transitioned to the Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) as a Junior Inspector. Here, her meticulous work contributed significantly to ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products destined for export markets. Her dedication to upholding high standards in agriculture shone brightly during this tenure.

Raphalalani's journey took another exciting turn in 2023 when she joined the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform, and Rural Development as an Assistant Agricultural Practitioner. In this capacity, she leveraged her expertise to support various agricultural development initiatives, further solidifying her reputation as a dedicated professional in the field.
