Hello. Here is a bit about me.
Chenson Sithole, the Managing Director of Thabangofe Lejoy Trading, a skills development and training enterprise, has been extensively involved in training over the last 13 years. He studied and received the National Diploma in Business Management in 2010 and also holds a Higher Certificate in Adult Education Training. He also successfully completed Assessor, Moderation and SDF courses.
His career in training started in 2011 as a facilitator at Better Best College where he lectured new venture creation courses. Subsequently, at the Sekhukhune and Waterberg TVET Colleges, he lectured computer skills, entrepreneurship, public relations, sales management and wholesale and retail management, after which he founded his own training companies.
Chenson is proud of the fact that about 80 000 students passed through his hands during his career, of which the overwhelming majority completed their studies successfully. At African Advanced Academy Chenson will, amongst others, be responsible for accreditation and compliance matters.
